To protect the interests of our users, you are not allowed to sell or purchase a sale item by entering into direct agreements with the Buyer or Seller to use any other payment method other than the payment methods offered by the Service. Please note that the sale or purchase of a sale item is, by other means, a violation of our rules of use and may, in particular, result in a suspension or termination of your access to the Service (see section 8). Pop fraud has become a huge problem with sellers either never sending buyers of their items after they are paid, or swapper never sends the items they promised in exchange for others. 9. Since we are not the seller of selling goods, we have no control and do not give any obligation as to the existence, the quality, security, authenticity or legality of the sale items, the truth or accuracy of an image or description of the sale items or any other content provided by Denusern, the seller`s ability to sell sale items, the buyer`s ability to pay for them, or that a buyer or seller will actually close a transaction or seller or return the sale item, and we have no responsibility. Sellers are required to ensure that all age-limited sales items are clearly identified (as required by law) and buyers agree not to attempt to purchase sale items if they are younger than the advertised and legal age limit. 1. If a) as a buyer your sale item has not arrived, or if what you received is not significantly described or defective, or b) as a seller has received an unauthorized payment or if a buyer claims that he has not received his sale item, you can report the release to us within 180 days and we will give you instructions on what to do next.
